1. Are you VAT registered?

Yes we are, all our products are sold on the normal VAT scheme so 20% can be reclaimed if you are VAT registered. We DO NOT work under the marginal or global accounting VAT schemes where VAT is not reclaimable.

2. Do you provide VAT invoices?

Yes we provide VAT invoices with every sale showing the VAT component separately.

3. How will I receive my invoice?

Your invoice will be emailed to you within 1-3 days of your purchase. If you have not received it within this time period, please email us and we will resend the email.

4. Is everything you sell UK specification?

99% of the products we sell are products made for the UK market and are UK specification with the UK plug/charger (If applicable). If any product is of any other specification, it will be very clearly mentioned in the description.

5. Are your phones unlocked or locked to a specific network?

All our phones are UNLOCKED to all networks

[Samsung Phones - if the phone is brand new, it will need a 5 minute phone call with a European simcard to remove the Samsung regional lock (Check Samsung website for further details)].

“Region Lock: Samsung smartphones work only with SIM cards issued from mobile networks from a certain region. This region should normally be found on your device's packaging when you purchase it. So for example, if you buy a smartphone in one country, it may not work if you try use it in a different country with a SIM card also from the different country.”

6. When will my item be dispatched?

Upon confirmation of the order, your item will be dispatched the next working day, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. I want something that is not on your website. Can you source it for me?

If you are looking for something that is not listed on our website, and it falls under the electronic (mobile phone, tablet, smart watch, all in one desktop, laptop, accessories), then please get in touch via our email address: gadgetsdenlimited@gmail.com .

8. Can I collect in person? If so, where from?

Yes. Please contact us prior to purchase. Your ID will be required upon collection and the invoice will be provided to you in person, along with your item.

9. What is your quality control process for ‘used’ products?

All our Apple products are sourced from Authorised Apple distributors and every product is thoroughly checked by Apple technicians before being sold on to us.

Our Samsung products are sourced from Samsung service centres and have been thoroughly checked by Samsung authorised technicians before being sold to us.

As for all other branded products, they are checked by ourselves using very sophisticated diagnostic tests.

10. Do I have manufacturers warranty with any items purchased on your website?

As most of our products are either sealed or customer change of mind returns, you will  either have the full manufacturer warranty or the remainder of the warranty with your purchase. Each item will have the warranty status individually stated in each description. If there is no mention of any warranty, you will still benefit from a 14-day return with ourselves.

11. How will my item be posted out to me? Will I be charged?

Our delivery service will always be free unless specifically stated otherwise. Items under  2kg will be posted with Royal Mail Special Delivery. Over 2kg will be posted with a suitable courier of our choice.

12. What does 'Brand New Open Box' mean?

A 'brand new open box' item is EXACTLY the same as when you would buy a 'Brand New' item from the manufacturer, except that the box has been opened and therefore, you are saving up to 50% off the RRP, for what is essentially missing a piece of plastic!
